  Duties and Responsibilities for a job in hospitality include:
• oversees bars and beverage outlets
• responsible for training and developing bar staff
• maintaining and developing the bar promoting the positive image of the company
• responsible for ensuring all cash balances at the end of shifts
• sheets are filled in properly and money is handled in a security conscious fashion
• to ensure all staff receive entitlements regarding breaks, holidays, days off etc.
• to ensure all Hygiene, Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
