  • Talk to your line manager. Discuss your position in the hotel and your future potential within the company.   • Be innovative. Think outside the box and make suggestions on a regular basis. Hotels will often have suggestion boxes so don't be afraid to use them as this will make you look good and can help advance your career quickly in hospitality jobs once your employer realises the potential in you.
